1.3. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.

2. Returns and Exchanges

2.1. Eligibility: You may return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached (if applicable).

2.3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
