If I sign up for the launch team, am I obligated to buy the book and leave a review?
We would love for our launch team to read the excerpts and leave a review once officially released. Buying the book is not a requirement, though it is greatly appreciated!

All that being said, we know life happens. If you can no longer commit to the launch team we will not hold it against you.
If I sign up for the launch team, am I obligated to review every new book released?
Absolutely not. We hope to provide a great experience for our launch team and would welcome y’all back for future book releases. However, you are not obligated to be a part of the launch team for each book release.
Is the launch team paid for their book reviews?
No. At Chelsea Chatts we believe each review should be authentic and honest. Therefore, the launch team is not paid for their reviews. However, we do believe in showing up for our community and showering our team with love. Learn more about launch team appreciation below!
Are there any perks to becoming a member of the launch team?
Yes! Members of our launch team will be automatically added to our exclusive newsletter and will receive special access to Chelsea Chatts news, discounts, and more.

Fun Fact: Did y’all know that Victorian era doctors prescribed their patients with a trip to the coast for healing? That’s exactly what I did when allergies gave me a nasty sinus infection during my trip back to California last week. I felt like an Agatha Christie character escaping to the sea for some healing and reprieve. 🌊

Surrounding myself with family, enjoying the sunshine, strolling along the sandy beach, and taking in the salty air was just what I needed. Going back to California is always a bittersweet thing, but I feel so lucky that I get to call two places I love home.

Having a daughter reshaped everything I thought I knew about myself. There’s a quiet wonder in seeing your reflection—not just in her eyes or gestures, but in her strength, her softness, and her will to grow.

I wrote my poem Enchanted Mirror for every mother who has found lost pieces of herself in her daughter—and for every daughter who, unknowingly, awakened her mother’s own magic. Delaney has changed the way I see beauty—around me, and within me. And that is the greatest Mother’s Day gift of all.

Happy Mother’s Day to the mothers, the caregivers, the ones who came before us, the ones who walk beside us, and the ones we’re raising up right now. 🤍🌻

I discovered the coolest thing while I was at the

I discovered the coolest thing while I was at the park the other day… a poetry walk in Renaissance Park! 🌳

It was set up by Rhyme N Chatt, a poetry organization here in Chattanooga that’s been around since 1999. Their mission? To create a safe space where poetry is shared, people are valued, and creativity is celebrated.

Throughout the park, you’ll find signs with QR codes—scan one, and you can read a poem written by a local author. It’s such a beautiful way to explore the park, reflect, and experience something new.

This project is such a reminder of how art can meet us where we are and bring us a little closer to one another.
